- The pet must meet the requirements of local legislation.
- The pet must be kept on a leash in the hotel or on the hotel grounds, unless in the guest's room.
- Pets must not be left unattended. If the guest requires pets or pet supplies, they must contact the concierge in advance.
- Pets are not allowed in food and beverage outlets, wellness center and hotel pool. This exemption does not apply to guide dogs for the blind.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet on the hotel property and in the vicinity.

La Quinta has over 350 pet-friendly locations from coast to coast. Cats and dogs up to 75 kg are allowed in all rooms of selected hotels (unless prohibited by law). Pet room cleaning services require the pet owner to be present or the pet to be crated. Each hotel may have different policies, so pet owners are encouraged to check with their hotel before booking.
As of January 2019, select La Quinta hotels charge between $20 per night for a maximum of $40 per stay per room). Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pet.

Loews Hotels offers a standard "Loews Loves Pets" program at the chain's 16 hotels in the US and Canada. All types of well-behaved pets (except some aggressive breeds) are welcome. The Loews Program offers specialized services and premium amenities designed to make pets and their owners feel at home when they travel together. As a friendly reminder, we must limit guests to two (2) pets per room. And for everyone's safety, we require proof of current vaccinations.
Services:
Personalized welcome message from the hotel general manager with a list of pet services available at the hotel, including dog walking routes, vet information, pet stores and grooming locations, pet attractions, pet-friendly restaurants, and other resources
Specialized bedding for dogs and cats.
Free bag of pet treats and a pet toy.
Special pet mats with food and water bowls and a special do not disturb sign.
Room service menu:
Menu items include dishes such as roast lamb or chicken with rice for dogs, roast liver or salmon with rice for cats, and for health-conscious cats and dogs, Loews also offers a vegetarian meal

The Loews "Did You Forget Closet" includes: dog and cat beds in various sizes, leashes and collars, and pet videos. Guests can also purchase supplies through the Did You Forget Closet, including: litter boxes, brooms, and pet toys
Rooms for guests staying with pets undergo special cleaning procedures, including the use of specially filtered vacuum cleaners to remove pet allergens, in preparation for the next guests.

Accommodate quality

Quality Inns accept any well-behaved pet with a maximum of 3 per room, but dogs are limited to 50 pounds.
They currently do not require a vet certificate.
Most accommodations have special rooms for people traveling with their pets.
Pets should not be left alone in the room unless caged. Many properties can provide you with pet names.

Red Roof herbergen
One well-behaved pet is allowed unless prohibited by state law or ordinance. Service animals are always welcome. The pet must be declared during guest registration. Keep your pet on a leash (or in a carrier) when outside your room. In consideration of all Red Roof guests, a pet should never be left unattended in the room. Selected Red Roofs do not accept pets due to local regulations, but this is usually stated in their property description. Please contact the specific inn if you have any questions. All pets must be leashed or carried in a carrier outside your room. Do not leave pets alone in the room.

Ritz Carlton-hotels
Not all Ritz Carlton hotels are pet friendly. 37 of the 88 Ritz-Carlton locations worldwide are pet-friendly. Some only accept dogs. Those who accept pets between 10 and 30 kg. Advanced registration and regular fee is between $125 and $250 non-refundable pet fee. Pets are usually restricted to certain areas of the hotel. Many hotels offer special pet packages, such as dog walks, beds, treats, and toys.

Rodeway herbergen
Due to state and local laws, pet policies vary by location. Some locations have limited availability as some rooms are pet friendly. Please call the hotel for terms and conditions before booking.
A vet certificate is required that the pet is on a flea and parasite program and is free of parasites.
Most accommodations place people traveling with their pets in rooms on the ground floor.

176 of the 196 Sheraton hotels in North America welcome dogs as guests in their hotels, according to local health codes. W Hotels also welcomes cats. These hotels pamper puppies with luxurious custom pet beds and other amenities like floor mats, food bowls, ID tags and more. All guests checking in with a dog will receive a "Welcome Pack" containing information about nearby exercise areas and other goodies to make traveling with your dog more enjoyable.
Some hotels may require a nightly fee and/or prepayment. There is a weight limit of 80 pounds (40 pounds at the Westin). However, dogs in excess of the weight limit and pets other than dogs may be admitted to the hotel at the discretion of the General Manager. Pet owners are responsible for their canine companions and any additional harm they may cause. You will be asked to sign a pet waiver upon check-in. Most Super8 hotels accept dogs and cats. An average non-refundable fee of $10 per night will apply. The pet hygiene fee is $100.00 if applicable. ADA designated service animals are welcome. W Hotels
All North American locations accept pets under 40 pounds. Permission from the hotel manager is required for heavier pets. International locations vary, please call ahead to confirm. Only one pet per room. $100 non-refundable cleaning fee and $25 surcharge in addition to room charges. W Hotels also welcomes cats.
